I want to give a great shout out to Mersey Service Experts and John Takla, the technician fixed my furnace this morning! I woke up at 5 am with my temperature down to 15 degrees inside and -10 outside. I called Mersey and booked a service call for between 10 and 2. I had an important appointment at noon, so the dispatcher said she would put a note in the file to see if they could come at 10. John called me at 7:00 am and said he saw the note and could be their in 15 minutes!!!!! He diagnosed a broken circuit board right away and rewired the furnace so we would be able to have heat until the new part arrives. He was confident and professional - and - he was gone before 8:00 am! My house is toasty and warm! This was exceptional service all around - above and beyond my expectation. Thanks so much!

Today Stephen Oh came to help us with our furnace problems. He was very thorough in his analysis of the problem and took the time to accurately tell us about the problems and gave us a few different options to resolve the problem. He ended up replacing our heat exchanger (both primary and secondary) for our Bryant 95S furnace. We are so happy with his professionalism and help. We're also very happy with Mersey as a terrific company.

John park was a great technician. He explained everything he was doing step by step. He made my family and self very comfortable. Due to the horror stories you hear about " sketchy" individuals, John P. Dispelled those myths. Thank you Service Experts.

Great company! I would highly recommend. I bought my furnace and A/C unit at Costco, but you are actually buying from Mersey Heating & Air Conditioning. They must be good because Costco doesn't mess around and neither does Mersey. Their techs are timely, clean, knowlegable, professional and polite. I know this sounds like a TV commercial for them, but I was so upset by other HVAC companies that were sloppy, late (or didn't show), rude and expensive. Go with Mersey, the Service Experts... you will not be disappointed.

This year my annual A/C check-up was performed by a Service Expert named John Takla. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time, he answered my numerous questions and he left the work area very clean. I have had many Service Experts techs work at my home and I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this company for your Heating and Air Conditioning needs!

I have been serviced by Mersey for many years. Emmanual George comes to service annually and is the most knowledgeable technician I've ever dealt with. His work is to perfection. Has the skills and desire to do it right the first time. A wonderful person to deal with pleasant, informative, takes pride in his work and we look forward to his annual service.

Thanks to the team of Mersey Service Experts for their prompt service. My 17 year old furnace was declared unsafe during a maintenance(possibility of a CO leak) , Frank (sales)was here within a few hours to give me a quote for a new one- within 48 hours Chris and Jordan were at my home to install the new furnace and AC. Everyone was nice, polite and efficient . The installers worked fast and were tidy. A bit more expensive than other companies but you get what you pay for! They are reliable. Frank Is a high quality sales person Thank you all !

I had to disconnect my 15 year old A/C unit last fall to have some cement work done underneath it and needed to have it reconnected and recharged for the summer. After reading some reviews and visiting their web site I decided to give Mercy a try. Technician John Takla was very knowledgeable and professional with excellent customer service skills. He was very thorough in checking my A/C unit and performing the recharge. I had also asked that he check my humidifier switch and possibly replace it with a new one I had purchased which he did with no extra charge. I was so impressed by the service I received I signed up for a monthly service contract with the company! I highly recommend Mercy for any of your HVAC needs.

Thanks for the great service. The furnace had a minor installation issue and they detected it and fixed the issue. True, it was Mersey who installed it and made the error but their quality control system ensured they detected the error on the next visit. Just watch out when your heating system gets old. Their strategy is to first fix it for a large sum and once it breaks again they come in and condemn your furnace so they (or anyone else) wont be able to fix it. They do offer to credit the amount of the first repair on a new furnace but since it is winter, there is not much time to shop the best prices and you will end up paying more than you should. Nice business strategy but not all that honest either. Aside from that irritant they are very competent.

Mersey HVAC is the best. Been using for 4 years at 2 different homes in the GTA, and no matter who shows up for for whatever service, they are always courteous and professional. John Park just did my first AC checkup at new location and again awesome service. Will take the time to address all you concerns.

Mersey has been servicing and maintaining my HVAC equipment since 2002. Every year they keep it running in peak condition. This year, Stephen Oh did the tune-up process for the furnace and the AC and he did an excellent job. Along the way he was explaining what he was doing and why. He also took the time to answer all my questions with regards to eventually replacing the furnace, AC and water heater (and there were a lot of questions!) Highly recommend Mersey and highly recommend Stephen Oh who is one knowledgeable professional!

John Park arrived at my home on time for my follow up visit, explained everything he would be doing to now test our A/C and he found the source of leak. He worked well replacing parts and recharging our system. After he finished he gave us recommendations to prolong the life of our our A/C The amount charged for service was good. Good service, Happy customer.

I have been with Mersey Service Experts for years (probably over 20). I just had our annual service check and updating fort gas furnace and air conditioning. The serviceman Emmanuel George was excellent in every way. We highly recommend Mersey and particularly Mr. George. Thanks.

I have dealt with Mersey Service Experts to maintain my HVAC systems for more than 10 years. They have always provided quality service. Today's visit was a case in point: I had scheduled my annual AC Service this morning. The Mersey Service Technician, Thomas Chaplin, phoned me first thing in the morning to ensure I was expecting him. He arrived on time, performed the Service efficiently, explained what he was doing as he went along, was polite and informative throughout, and overall did a great job. I expect to continue doing business with this company for many more years, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service as usual. Xavier Oldacre called in advance and arrived on schedule. He spent some 2 hours thoroughly checking and cleaning my 2 furnaces and 2 water cooled air conditioners, and explained what he was doing as he went along. Now I am good to go for another year. (Yes, I need to replace the furnace filters every 3 months but can do this myself.) Thank you Mersey for your quality staff and service.

Our HVAC system (Lennox) was installed and since then serviced by Mersey Service Experts from 2012 and has been doing an excellent job. Their technicians are knowledgeable and are very thorough in cleaning and tuning up the system. This year we had our annual service done on 4th July by Emmanuel George. This was the second time for him to do the annual maintenance tune up at our house. He has done an excellent job, making sure that HVAC system is functioning well and that no blockages due to dust pile up. He was very helpful with his suggestions on improving the efficiency of the system. Further he pointed out that the cooling is not working optimal and hence placed a request to have the system tested. This was subsequently diagnosed as leak in the coil and the coil is replaced. We are very happy with work done by George. Employees like George is a valuable asset to any organization. Pls convey him our appreciation Regards Sebastian (117883)

The tech was Thava #105859. A friendly and polite young man. Was thorough while inspecting the AC components both inside and outside. Very pleased with the service visit. He is a good rep for the company.

We hired three service techs to fix our furnace. The first tech couldn't fix our furnace. We then hired Mersey to take a look. John Park came to service our furnace. Not only did he not solve the problem but he made it worse by shorting out our transformer. He said it would cost at least $1000 to solve the problem and even then that wouldn't guarantee the issue would be resolved. He said we should buy a new furnace which they quoted us $5000. We hired another tech from a third company. He replaced our transformer and solved the problem in 10 mins. It was a short in our wire from our thermostat. Total cost to fix the problem, $25 in parts and $150 in labour. Mersey ended up charging us $250 for the service call and costing us a new transformer. I am glad we hired a third tech and not wasted $5k on a new furnace. Our 2007 furnace works just fine, no thanks to Mersey.
