merseyheating.ca 5 Wendy Adler @2016-02-26 I want to give a great shout out to Mersey Service Experts and John Takla, the technician fixed my furnace this morning! I woke up at 5 am with my temperature down to 15 degrees inside and -10 outside. I called Mersey and booked a service call for between 10 and 2. I had an important appointment at noon, so the dispatcher said she would put a note in the file to see if they could come at 10. John called me at 7:00 am and said he saw the note and could be their in 15 minutes!!!!! He diagnosed a broken circuit board right away and rewired the furnace so we would be able to have heat until the new part arrives. He was confident and professional - and - he was gone before 8:00 am! My house is toasty and warm! This was exceptional service all around - above and beyond my expectation. Thanks so much!
